During a three month summer trip to Europe in 2003, John discovered the perspective-changing power of international travel. John now intends to share the experience through the founding of Connect18, a company firmly rooted in activity, education, and exploration.

John graduated from the University of California at Santa Barbara in 2002 with a BA in Business Economics and a minor in Philosophy. After managing the accounting department of a family owned construction company in Southern California for two years, John made the move to San Francisco, where he attended Business School at the University of San Francisco.

John's Finance and Management background has landed him in a role that doesn't allow his participation on exotic Connect18 media acquisition projects. This, however, gives him all the more reason to look forward to each new Connect18 class.

John depends on his co-workers to expose him to San Francisco's music scene, which he thoroughly enjoys. On the weekends he plays soccer for the Melchester Rovers, a Men's Sunday league team.
